Don't have a lot to report but a couple of people have sent me messages. Everything is still on schedule. 

I haven't had a chance to speak with Hadley-Roma about the Horween straps yet. For the past few weeks we have been engaged in trade shows. By the way, all of you are welcome to friend me on Facebook if you like. I am the only Craig Hester with a watch for a profile picture �. I post on their regularly.

I will check and see if I can get some pics of the current production and will post them. I will make sure to post at least bi weekly updates. Apologies for not doing so more already.

Status report

Hello!

Saw a couple of comments of people looking for a status report. Apologies for not having posted one sooner. Last week we had the JCK show in Vegas for Vostok-Europe and that effectively kills the week before and the week after as well.

The production is still on track. The watches should be ready end of August or first of September. When I get a more firm date we will let everyone know. There was a little more time between when the project ended and we got funded than we expected, but it shouldn't throw the schedule off by very much.

We will be contacting Hadley Roma this week to determine what the other two colors of the Horween strap will be and I will post another update.

Additional clarification

Apologies. The survey is not set up for you to pick colors of straps. I was mistaken about that.

We decided to NOT include color choice selections for those getting 3 straps. The whole thing was just getting unwieldy with so many options. The strap color would go along with the dial color. For instance, blue would get the tan bund strap, the burgundy leather and/or the blue nylon depending on whether your pledge level was for one or two straps.

I think that if you were at the two strap level you could pick type and color, but that actually was unintentional.

Anyway, if you have a strong preference for a color other than the one that would automatically come with the watch, just send us a message. We will do our best to accomodate you.

Just please note that there is a lot to keep up with and it is certainly possible we may make a mistake. We will do our best to avoid that, of course.

There is also the opportunity to purchase additional straps as add ons should you desire.

As for the stand or anything else that would come at your pledge level, please don't worry about that. Whatever was on your pledge level in the campaign will come. Whether it is in the survey or not those are automatically sent with your level.

We apologize for any confusion. This is our first survey and we are still learning.

Clarifications on the Survey

Hello!

Already had some questions on the survey. As I said, there are a lot of moving parts here.

1) The Horween strap is NOT the optional leather. Here is a picture of the option leather:

This is the one you can choose if you picked the level for the 2 straps (this or nato). It will come automatically if you picked a level with 3. But you can pick your color.

Here are pictures of the NATO straps:

2) We have NOT chosen the other colors for the Horween strap. This is an EXTRA, as we did not make that stretch goal. It is available for purchase as an add on. We are open to color suggestions. The blue one, will come with the blue. That color is chosen. Though you don't have to have blue with the blue if you prefer something else.

3) Everyone gets the aluminum print of the technical drawing. We made that stretch goal.

The Surveys Just Went Out

Apologies that it took a little longer than we expected. This was our first time using backer kit and there are a lot of "moving parts" to this whole thing, so to speak.

We added the option to purchase not only the Horween Strap as an add on, but any of the straps or other items that were made available during the campaign.

Look forward to your responses. Production started today on the watches!
